This is a loving space to share what’s been coming up for you, share your growth work (aka home work) and talk about what’s been showing up for you. Receive on the spot healing in addition to what is posted weekly within the course platform.

PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY - Connect with a beautiful community of like-hearted women and sit in a deeply loving healing space where you know you belong, where you are safe to be fully seen, heard, held, and where all of you is accepted and embraced.

WEEKLY GROWTH WORK & HEALING - Each week you will receive a new module containing a powerful healing audio or tapping (EFT) video, weekly content and weekly transformational growth work.

I am a former Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor/Nutritionist turned Intuitive Energy Healer & Transformation/Self-Love Coach. I shifted from physical transformation to deep inner transformation because I realize that all lasting change truly must come from within and self-love is the key to EVERYTHING!
